Holiday Delivery

IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Please note the following when placing your online orders:

Orders with Standard Service* placed before 6:00 PM (ET) on December 20th will be processed and delivered by December 24th. Orders with Standard Service placed after 6:00 PM (ET) on December 20th will be delivered post-Christmas. Please allow 5-7 business days after shipment date for delivery.

Orders with Second Day Service* placed before 6:00 PM (ET) on December 22nd will be processed and delivered on December 24th. Second Day Service orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) on December 22nd will be delivered post-Christmas. Please allow 2 business days after shipment date for delivery.

Orders with Overnight Service* placed before 3:00 PM (ET) on December 23rd will be processed and delivered on December 24th. Overnight Service orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) on December 23rd through December 25th will be processed on December 26th for delivery the next business day.

Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Thursday, December 25th.

* All orders are subject to payment authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO, P.O Box, or U.S. Territories must be shipped via Standard Service.

EGift Cards
Place your order by 1:00 PM ET on December 24, 2014 and your LAB SERIES Online eGift Card will be delivered by Christmas*.

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed. We will notify you via email if there is any issue with processing your eGift Card order. We regret that eGift Card orders cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery if payment authorization is not obtained by 3PM (ET) on December 24th.

Lab Series Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Lab Series Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.

Standard Service:

  • Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Orders shipped via Standard Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO locations are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date.

2nd Day Service:

  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.
  • We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
  • 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight Service:

  • Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
  • Orders destined for US Territories, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
  • Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Electronic Delivery:

Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
  • Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST.
  • Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders destined for US Territories, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for Overnight or 2nd Day Service.

Some items sold by Lab Series Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Lab Series Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through Lab Series Online, please follow the steps below.

1. Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

  • If an exchange is desired, please fill out the exchange information and include your credit card number.
  • If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

2. For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

Your return will be processed promptly and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased on Lab Series Online may be returned for refund or exchange.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and PO BOX addresses

  • Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
  • Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) are not available for orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

  1. Enter APO, FPO or DPO in the CITY field
  2. Select AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa or Canada; Select AA for Armed Forces Americas; Select AP for Armed Forces Pacific - in the STATE field.
  3. COUNTRY field should remain UNITED STATES, regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Shipments TO U.S. territories, alaska, and hawaii

  • Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions
